Ironhide is the first decent Ironhide since 2005, and the first one from this line to actually look like a cybertronian vehicle, instead of a cyberpunk futurecar. (Not counting Chromia since the mold predates the line) Bring on Ratchet!!!!
Seeing his vehicle cements U. Hound as the better version, but I still want this Hound.
Edit: She doesn't look it, but Chromia is an extensive retool. I think she may be a heavier retool of Moonracer, than the last Chromia was of TFP Arcee. Her entire vehicle mode is reshelled, which includes her chest/torso piece. The chest isn't obvious until you compare it directly to Moon or Nova. (I didn't pick up on it until I was trying to see the combiner connecter in wiki pictures of the previous mold)
Edit 2: In robot mode, only her upper legs are the same. Everything else is new tooling.
Edit 3: The weapon she's holding it Torizer

The combiner connector is all underneath her predecessors. We won't know for sure about her till the toy gets in hand or something else is said.

Gawd, the amount of detailing going on wih some of these (Chromia, magnus, Hound from some angles) is threatening to make me not buy them. Right now Im hoping the hand painting is making them look worse than they are.

Ironhide has thrown me. Every other reveal so far seems to be
Robot mode - very G1 accurate either toy or animation model
Vehicle mode - varying degree of cybertrnian
Thats fine with me, it mixes things up just enough.
Then theres Ironhide/Ratchet quite possibly the only significant 84-86 Autobots that still dont have a decent modern update and they go full cybertronian with the robot mode. And even then it looks more like a repurposed Kup mould than originally designed for them.

Not looking good. They'll be a real "toys out the pram" moment here if this turns out to be the case!

Another detail is that Sideswipe has a rectangular hole in his shoulders, and while I can't see clearly, I think there's a matching peg on his personal "shaped like his shoulder mounted missile launcher" gun.

it is strange top release Chromia based on an existing combiner mould, then do away with the combiner gimmick. especially when you have a female torso and, so far, only two known limbs for it. I see a lot of fans want another two female limbs to make Elita 1finite an all female combiner and Hasbro may have dropped the ball with that one.

Ugh. I am so tired of "gritty" 80s reboots.

I realise they've spread the line over more sizes, but is this showing us the downsizing they talked about? Two deluxes per wave plus the Battle Master? We've still only seen one Voyager for wave one too.

Not much of a Siege, without any Decepticons. At this point it's more like a militant group in the woods stockpiling weapons in case of a siege.

More to come. We've seen 5 deluxes tonight, we suspect we know of at least two others (Prowl & Sixgun)

Ah, maybe that's why wave one appears to be two Deluxes and a Voyager.
The Decepticons are hiding.
Which is odd really, cos in this story it was the Autobots doing that.

That's very reassuring. There is also the closeness of the code numbers on those amazon Voyager listings -
E3541 Transformers: Generations War for Cybertron: Siege Voyager Class WFC-S11 Optimus Prime E3543 Megatron E3544 Starscream Action Figure
A decent Megatron is just what we need to go with that Prime.

So a lot of them the wheels fold down for a flight mode, ans ITS ALL EIGHTIES ALL THE TIME!!!
If we don't get a deLorian time machine out of this, then what are they even doing with their lives?

I was just trying to fit all that together in my head in order. Thanks Phil!
Are the Battlemasters really just robot/weapon? That feels too simple. The Titanmaster/Primemaster toys had more to them than that because of the vehicle/pretender shell.
