But MP Prowl had shoulder launchers. Ickle tiny stumpy ones, but easily augmented by those add-on ones. If I buy a toy, especially at a 'Masterpiece' pricepoint I expect it to come with all the bits. -Ralph |

If they had WFC Sideswipe in that shot it would be a lot easier to be sure how big it is.
The universe deluxes were unusually big compared to most of what came after and I think even the 2006 classics. Looking at comparison shots of Universe Sunstreaker and CW Sunstreaker it looks like WFC Sideswipe will be close to a CW deluxe in height, if not bulk.

Well, CW deluxes weren't anything to write hime about in terms of height, and Hound still is shorter than his CW counterpart. (Granted Swindle/Rook is one of the more impressive molds in size)

This is a disaster. CW Hound is the same size as my CW Stunticons. Sideswipe's gonna come up to their shoulder...
They've screwed us again. Messed it up. There's an established size-system in Generations, why can't they stick to it?!?!
Only hope is Starscream and repaints are the same size as Op and Megs, so at least we get a Voyagers G1ish Strike Planes mold out of it. Soundwave might be ok.
I dread to even think about Shockwave...

Relax. It's fine! Shockwave will be fine. Ultra magnus has a small inner robot because he has a whacking great trailer powered up mode. Shockwaves just got some crazy Kiss Shoulder pads and heels. Given that these are still Wave 1 I'm waiting for them to show up in stores. Along with future waves! After all, Hasbro has said that they're going to be doing more to get products on shelves internationallahahahahahahahyeahright anyway whatever.

After months of empty shelves and/or wave one only, all my local stores are now overflowing with the final wave of PotP across all ranges, save only for leaders (which everyone has stopped selling).
Even now overstuffed with Primemasters, which vanished after the first wave.
Like... seriously. No store stocked anything except wave one for the whole dang line. And when that finally ran out, they just never restocked Generations. Four walmarts and one target.
So, Siege wave one is gonna be a no-go in my area. Except maybe the leaders.

I was at the Glasgow TF meet for a while and someone had brought along Siege Optimus. To my pleasant surprise I found that in person it's a really solid, fun toy. The plastic feels better than POTOP and the figure is noticeably heavier than most recent TF's with no hollow voids. Fun transformation. Really liked it. Just wish it didn't have the mud paint effect.
