Works for me, but I loved covering my Armada toys in Minicons. Thus far I've only got Cog, but he's so much fun powering up the others.
I'll try to find time to do something on Cog. That and the thing I promised Matt for the Micromaster fanzine are the priority.

Those greyscale models look great. But can someone explain to me why there never seems to be a regular run Arcee? She is always a premium or limited release toy. Or am I wrong. And yes other female toys are available…

Going through that much trouble to remold almost every part of it and gutting the combining feature, without fixing the mold (either by correcting the issues it has due to being a combiner, or correcting the NEW issues gutting the combiner parts creates) just seems so unnecessary.
The mold is fairly clever as a combiner limb. Completely bucks the sameness CW had. But as a completely stand alone toy, it suffers really badly. More so than most CW combiners.
And like... without her being a combiner, what even is the point? We had a much better Chromia not that long ago, and Chromia's not a character that's on many ask lists. At least not for a remold that's objectively worse than the somewhat recent last version.

Didn't make it to the UK though :-( Energon Arcee, various Movie versions and Animated (I think) should all have been regular releases. |

The only Arcee I have seen at UK retail was the Energon bike. Sadly contemporary posts on the matter are missing, pre this version of the hub, but as Matt suggests she was possibly an exclusive and may not have come out here. |
