I've not voted yet.
All three shells are much much better, and there's a bit more variety in the vehicles albeit needing to use add on parts, not just the guns, more than w1: Skyhigh's rotor, Groundbreaker's spoile and the rear of Splashdown's boat.
Nggggggh. 22 hours to decide.

Look at how cool the silhouettes are! Then look at the actual toy reveals...
Bugly gets my vote this week.

Finback and Iguanus have strength 8, like Bomb-Burst and Submarauder. Bugly is only a 6 - Skullgrin a whopping 9. Bugly has intelligence 9, like Skullgrin and Submarauder. Finback is an 8 like Bomb-Burst. Iguanus is a 6. Bugly has speed 6 (a little slower than Bomb-Burst's 7), Finback and Iguanus 4 (like Skullgrin). (Submarauder is the fastest non-flyer at 5.) Iguanus has endurance 9 (like Skullgrin), Bugly 7, Finback 3. Iguanus's high endurance explains how he survived the fall from the Empire State Building in US TF #54 ('King Con'). (He shows up again in #57, #58 and #75.) Bugly and Iguanus have rank 7 (like Bomb-Burst), Finback 6 (like Skullgrin and Submarauder). Iguanus has courage 9 (like Bomb-Burst and Submarauder), Finback and Iguanus 8. (Skullgrin has courage 10.) All the Decepticon Pretenders have firepower 7 except Skullgrin who's an 8. Bugly and Finback have skill 9, Iguanus 8 (like Bomb-Burst and Submarauder). (Skullgrin was just a 5) 'Terror trooper' Iguanus got a fair bit of story time, appearing with Bomb-Burst and Skullgrin in the UK annual story 'The Chain Gang' (strange that neither of the aquatic Pretenders, Submarauder and Finback, were included in the attack on the oil rig at sea), arguing with Skullgrin and climbing the Empire State Building in 'Club Con', and then showing up again when Unicron attacked. Strategist Bugly, master of Circuit-Su, and Submarauder's fellow nautical Pretender Finback, were only ever background characters and just sort of faded away into obscurity. Martin

I have fond memories of a BiG in Las Iguanus. Well, I say memories... Was that the year we tried to gain access to the Triad Karaoke Bar?

Based on how they look on the catalogue, it's a toss-up between Las Iguanus and Finback for me - both of their colour schemes pop more than Bugly's. And then looking at the inner robot, the vehicle mode for Finback looks more impressive, so I'll have to go with him.
And then regret it, because Las Iguanus does indeed look like the better toy, and is far more interesting. But it's about what looks better on the catalogue, so...
Also, since what would one of these be without any controversy: Have Bugly and Las Iguanus' mottos been swapped? Bugly's mentions the power to control, but it's La Anus whose bio states that he has hypnotic eyes...
