Warpath is by far the strongest but also the slowest and least intelligent. The other four are weak but all quite intelligent, with Beachcomber the smartest. Cosmos is the fastest (speed 10!) followed by Powerglide. Beachcomber has the greatest endurance, followed by Warpath. Beachcomber, Cosmos and Seaspray have slightly higher rank than the two warriors. They're all quite brave, with Seaspray the bravest, followed by Warpath. Warpath has slightly more firepower than Cosmos, Powerglide and Seaspray. Beachcomber has no firepower. Beachcomber and Warpath have super skill (skill 10), followed closely by Cosmos and Powerglide.

Cosmos does interstellar travel. His green ass better be the fastest. He better be one of the fastest transformers in existence.
It'd be kinda silly (in a not entirely unprecidented in G1 kinda way) if he was rated a lower number than the tank.

Cosmos does interstellar travel. He might have done so in the cartoon, but according to tech-specs, TFU entry and the comics he does not have interstellar capability. "As a spacecraft, Cosmos can achieve Earth orbit and, with enough fuel, can reach escape velocity and go for relatively short jaunts - the Moon and back, for example. He can reach speeds of 40,000 mph." Still fast, mind you. Astrotrain can do 50,000 mph. His TF Universe entry says "He would be able to travel from the Earth to the Moon and back, but not much more." Sky Lynx can do 30,000 mph. They both have speed 10 on their tech-specs. Omega Supreme's rocket "can achieve planetary orbit". Bob Budiansky appears to contradict (or at least highlight an omission in) the tech-specs and TFU entries he wrote for Sky Lynx when he has him travel at faster-than-light speed from Cybertron to Earth in the story 'Spacehikers'. Cloudburst confusingly turns into an "interplanetary star cruiser". I'm not sure what that means, but he has speed 10. Thunderwing apparently transforms into an "interstellar jet" but has speed 7. Countdown's tech-specs say that his rocket can slingshot across galaxies in seconds. He has speed 10. Skystalker (function: interstellar assault), strangely, has speed 7, though his tech-specs also refer to him rocketing across galaxies, but they don't say how fast. The Astro Squad (function: interstellar defence) are "able to travel at light speed and rocket across the galaxies in seconds". Amusingly, they "sometimes travel too fast and overshoot objective". They have speed 10. Martin

Rocketing across galaxies indeed....

Maybe "speed" also includes handling and maneuverability? The lower scoring ones may be faster in a straight line, but can't turn for shit? Something like that, maybe..?

Well, yes, so would I, but it still just sounds silly to put it on a techspecs. We're used to them being far more... crafted.

Seaspray.

It would have to be Powerglide or Warpath because Beachcomber is susceptible to stress and Cosmos and Seaspray have serious deficiencies in robot mode. I'd go Powerglide on the grounds that he might be rash, but he's more intelligent than Warpath.

Shockers, Warpath and Powerglide can't be in your five as they are the same colour.
One must be replaced.

It would have to be Powerglide or Warpath But it's not, because they have lower rank than the other three. Martin

Lions led by donkeys! The other three may have a higher rank statistic, but it doesn't necessarily mean they're any good at it. While Beachcomber's having a panic attack in the corner, Seaspray's falling apart in a puddle on the carpet and Cosmos is stuck to the floor coping with gravity, the other two can get on with things and make the decisions!
