Oh jeez- I'm sorry I mentioned it. Policia Prowl was only released in Mexico in 1985, back when Hasbro were contracting TF production out to anyone with a factory (my Optimus Prime, for example, was made by Milton Bradley). Iga produced TFs for Mexico and is responsible for many of the wackiest variants in the first 2 years, as well as a lead paint scare that... well, I'll just let TFsource tell the story. No idea how many were produced, if all Mexican Prowls were like that or if it was a variant. In 12 years on eBay I think I've seen ONE. Don't even think about this, Ian.
