After three years of trying, I finally have a Gnaw for Toy-fu! Or... at all. Never even seen one in the plastic up close. I'll be interested to see it.
Also ordered an MP-09 Rodimus Convoy from BBTS in their sale. Erasing the looming threat of customs and international postage takes 99% of the sting out of shopping there.

I had a Gnaw once. No arms or tail of course, but he was a very funky figure. Didn't feel much like a Transformer of that period though, quite odd. Surprisingly large too.

No is a pure slice of weird awesome. Het has the 'movie line' asethetc, it's just the weird robot and alt mode that makes him very very different.

In news that will probably excite no one except me, I can announce Toy Fu will also include a complete G2 Superion now with undamaged (so far) Slingshot. It's taken far longer than anticipated to get that last bit and I still have to put it together *shudder*.
But G2 Superion is great. So its been worth it.

Could resist the lure of Sergeant Kup no longer and bought one off eBay. He is now in standing guard in the press (a built-in bookcase common to almost all Edinburgh and most Glasgow tenement living rooms - apologies if being patronising with possibly-common-knowledge!) alongside animated Arcee and classics Rodimus.
I am now tempted by the cigar-puffing 3rd party head. Hmmmm.....

I bought a PCC Icepick at a car boot sale this morning. It's missing an arm but is still a nice toy - and at just 30p, I don't mind the arm being missing. It's the first time in aaaaages that I've found a Transformer at a car boot sale that I don't have, other than something like a Cyber Slammer, so that was quite exciting. (It's a nice side effect of not being able to source FOB toys.)
Also, I bought three differently-coloured DOTM frisbees* at Asda. Thanks go to Ralph to alerting me of their existence and reduced price. Oh, and a bubble gun, too.
*They are actually flying discs, as Frisbee is a registered trademark that belongs to a different manufacturer.

*They are actually flying discs, as Frisbee is a registered trademark that belongs to a different manufacturer. I actually think that "flying disc" is a much better term. Just has a better ring to it (try imagining it said in a cut-glass accent and you may see what I mean). Karl

Someone needs to tell my local ASDA then, as the SKU's on the shelf said 'frisbee'. I had thought that was a trademark!

Hatchet's missiles plug into the front of Battle Steel Prime's guns. Superb!

Bum. Hatchet is faulty. The missiles should combine: peg in the rear of one missile mates with hole in front of gun barrel on the other. Except both of my missiles have identical gun barrels.
Not happy.

I had a very limited budget and the only Transformers I came away with was the club Ramjet that Bogatan ordered for me & I paid for a while back plus a pair of the US Target exclusive 2 packs which I forgot Toy-Fu had got me and went and bought in Tescos. Anyone want them cheap ;-)
I did, however, buy a 11 Doctors Character Building set from Sci Fi Collectables who had some behind their stall.
Also acquired were a couple of Autographs in my Last Stand of the Wreckers trade and some freebie fanzines including the printed Polaris and the german TF mag translations.

Todays goodies were Ramjet from Bogatan, United Frumble, Animated Blackout and a Classics Mirage. Plus the Overlord print from Nick and a Grimlock and the Galv/Cyclonus/Scourge prints from John-Paul Bove. All in all, well pleased with my haul, and managed to not spend all of my budget! Plus catching up with Maz after 10 years was pretty coo'.

I forgot to mention I picked up Cyberverse Hatchet.
For a Cyberverse commanders figure a really good size! Surprisingly he turns into a jet. Planes have traditionally had a problem in the Transformers world in that they end up being a robot with a plane on its back, or a plane with a robot stuck to the undercarriage. However, in this case they have done a good job of hiding the robot parts when in alt mode, only showing the chest and claws sticking out of the back. Considering the size of the toy, they've done well!
A nice touch is that even his rockets transform into guns.
Makes a good ravage imo, especially with the rockets plugged into the wings in beast mode.

Picked up PCC Constructicon and Constructicon sets from Bogatan. Mr Bodsworth kindly gifted me a copy of ye olde Centurians Monthly comic (#3 and #5). Someone gave me 2 Dalek Eternal and an Amy Pond minifig: sorry I can't remember who!
Some comic shop trawling yielded me the TNG Peter David Vendetta novel for 99p, half-price Stealth Force Inferno (who is raining pain) and a Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars T-shirt. Also grabbed a half-price Amy Pond regular flavour figure from TK Maxx.
Not a bad haul. And there was me saying I wouldn't buy much this year! It never ends...
