A simple one this week;
Which issue(s) of Transformers contained lead strips that DID NOT feature characters with speaking parts that were Autobots or Decepticons?

#265 - #281 (IIRC) had the GI JOE V TF as the lead strip and so featured characters with lead parts that were not Autobots or Decepticons.
Some early issues kicked off with Chromebots.
EDIT: My brain just does not get teh question, I think.

I'm pretty sure at least one installment of Man of Iron gets that distinction. Also one of the issues that reprinted the first half of he second part of Galvatron: Wanted Dead or Alive Part Two.
