Anyone else sub to DWM? The most recent issue (Clothing Special) said my sub runs out "soon" (but does not specify when) but when I log on to panini subs it shows:
'Doctor Who Magazine (with Specials) Order number: xxxxxx Status: Live Expires: You have a continuous order'
I am confused. Does it auto-renew or do I need to do something?

Mine's a direct debit, it just goes on and on.
That said, not had this month's ish yet, although Panini have dispatched a replacement now.

I saw the Macra Terror DVD in Sainsburgeries this evening. Took me back to the days when Who DVDs on shop shelves was a regular thing.

I mostly enjoyed the DWM Costume Design Special. An often overlooked area and I did learn new things. Sadly marred by some 'It was all shit' editorialising when covering the 80's to the TVM. Other areas are treated more even handedly. I had thought we had moved past bashing certain eras in official publications.
However, I did quite enjoy the Special overall. I did not know 2000AD artist Patrick Goddard has done design work on the show!

I quite liked them. They deserve a bit of extra development.

That one I did know...
We may have done this one before, but the issue has arisen again. It being my Who DVDs are on the shelf in story order, they aren't in the multipack slipcases that loads of them came in. All of these are stored in a separate box. Do I need them? I'm thinking not. I binned every cardboard sleeve off every DVD/BR I own when I reshelved them last year (they look so much neater and it saved a surprising amount of shelf space) so I'm thinking these might as well go too.
