All I had today was crunchy nut corn flakes for breakfast and a Five Guys burger meal just after 5pm. The torment began around 9:30pm.
Proper fizzy bum gravy.
74%.

I destroyed the loo and need to get the strong bleach and rubber gloves out. Merry Christmas.

Perhaps this has something to do with the peanut butter milkshake with extra cream you had at five guys?
Or perhaps.. you are developing a dairy allergy?

I think the peanut shake does need some examination too. Do you have it often? In conjunction with the burger?
How often do you have Five Guys?

I usually get the Oreo one. I usually do Five Guys once every couple of months as a treat and usually am ok. I have dairy produce every day and they cause no problems! -Ralph

Do Peanuts cause you problems at other time? I know they can upset my stomach, but I never can be sure till I eat them. Most nuts can be a lottery for me.... except Cashews.
Not as bad as my friend Sean who discovered he had a nut allergy while eating a box of Quality Street one Christmas! Fortunately his Mrs had medical training and knew exactly what was going on!
You could of course just lost the lottery and got a dodgy burger.

A post-roast sit down and toilet break is required. This is what you get for going to bed at 2am and getting up at half seven.

Hah.
I'd normally be having great difficulty moving today, but as my friends live an hour and half's walk from my house, I decided not to get a taxi and walk home and burn off some of the mountains of food consumed.

I have eliminated crunchy nut cornflakes, cream and peanut butter from my enquiries by having more of them and feeling fine. It was clearly a dodgy burger that laid me low. Don't think I'll be using that particular Five Guys again!

I bit of whirlwind reaping here this morning.
Suspect not sleeping well for the last few nights is aggravating my usual gut problem after last night's giant curry. Plus a choc orange for dessert maybe not the best idea after such a large volume of takeaway goodness.
Well worth it though.

Yes, he has learnt his lesson and doesn't need it twice.
Especially without someone selfless there to witness it this time.

Yes! You've been under booze curfaw for quite some time so you don't explode! Hence your predilection for awful Gluten-free cakes.

Someone hasn't been paying attention.
Had a little booze post TFN. Had some booze when visiting Broon in Perth. Had some booze at a friend's birthday just before New Year. Had some booze last weekend in Birmingham.
I just can't do stupid amounts anymore.
