Exclusive: Blimey, botcon produced a crazy number of great exclusives this year. G2 Breakdown and Scorch being my favourites. Henkei Strafe (probably last year but I got it this year) and G2 Dreadwind and Darkwing. Animated Arcee, Rodimus, Ironhide and Ratchet. All the Japanese Animated stuff.
Reissue: I don't have it but for the shiney box alone Blaster
Other Transformer Toy: Device Label Blaster

Worst Transformer Toy: Drift for character only, oh wait I forgot about the PCC 5 packs, one of them

I'm stumped on best repaint. Rapido is by far the most improved repaint but the improvement is caused by the head not the paint.

If I had to like any of the PCC guys it would be Smolder and Chopster. I left him out of my list because I forgot his name. I remember liking Chopsters third mode too.
Smokescreen!? Wow! When and how did I miss this guy? I am still stoked about how good Prime is. I have to say, the Legends figs are getting better and better.

Smokescreen is a repaint of 2009's Hot Rod. He and Shadow Striker, a black Legends Wheelie repaint were sold in 2 packs with Movie legends.
There's also a 5-pack with a Warpath repaint.

Voyager: 3 way tie: Bludgeon, Mindwipe and HFTD Optimus Prime (sorry, they're all so funky I just can't pick between them)
Leader: Starscream, with an honourable mention for Battle Ops Bumblebee who is the most solid version of the character released so far.
Exclusive: BotCon Double Punch, with an honourable mention for Rapido
Reissue: Seacons
Other Transformer Toy: Device Label Blaster
Best Repaint: HFTD Payload
Other Non-Transformer Toy: Marvel Universe Red Hulk
Worst Transformer Toy: PCC Protectobots (I was tempted to say Drift as the character is so meh, but the toy is actually ok)

With noteable admissions where nothing in a particular size class has made any impact on me....
Legend: -
Minicon: Caliburst weapon and humanoid modes are great, and his weapon mode has the advantage of working really well with a number of PCC basics)
Scout: Skystalker (a great altmode, and fantastic articulation in humanoid mode – mine have been doing Snake, Crane and Mantis-style poses since I got them)
PCC Commander with Mini-con: Smoulder and Chopster (sold me on the PCC basic packs right out of the gate, a great fun toy)
PCC Commander with Drones 5 Pack: Don't own one myself yet but Grimstone and Dinobots are the stars of the line for me.
Deluxe: Animated Rodimus. A better vehicle mode than either Classics or the 1985 version, much more in keeping with the feel of the original design, and a really characterful
Voyager: Animated Blackout. Don't own one myself but having had a play with him he is just so much fun and he looks brilliant in fat-copter mode.
Leader: -
Exclusive: Botcon Pyro, a brilliant new colour scheme on a toy I personally think is under-appreciated.
Reissue: -
Other Transformer Toy: Him Grimlock am King of Masterpiece toys!
Best Repaint: Jetblade. Having missed out on the Deluxe award this flatter coloured repaint of Movie Dirge must console himself with being much more visually appealing than the original version.
Other Non-Transformer Toy: -
Worst Transformer Toy: PCC Double Clutch (A toy that managed to put me off owning it in a matter of minutes).
