We had some mild thunder and lightning around midnight last night. Then it was glorious until around 2pm when it became a tad dark and muggy. Now we have an annoying drizzle.

Travelling back to Swindon today. Need to be off solids by this evening ahead of the colonoscopy tomorrow.

We had a major burst of rain Friday evening, which made Saturday uncomfortably muggy. It was then followed by another burst of rain on Sunday evening (just in time for me to not quite get the washing dry). Then it clearly rained overnight with more to come so far this morning.
It looks like a little bit of sun might just be starting to come out now though, so hopefully this afternoon might be a little bit better.
The rain appears to have been beneficial for the bean plants though - some of them appear to be putting on a little bit of a growth spurt.

Just had my first lot of the "clean me out" soloution for tomorrow. It tastes foul and I have to drink two liters of it before midnight.
Gonna be up all night....

Oh blimey, Big Phil, good luck man.
And get well soon all injured folkes!
One of my work chumbs retirement party last Friday. He's the first person I've worked closely with that retired. Felt weird to me! He had a ball though!

2 litres of that $#!+ is now in my digestive tract. It tasted awful. I was very nearly "cleaned out" at both ends.
