I imagine you'll find one easily enough. Dealers couldn't get rid of them even when they were down to ?8 at AA. Looks like demand for those figures was less than expected. -Ralph I bought Encore Ratchet at AA, and if he's there next year, I'll pick up Encore Ironhide

I opened up the Grapple and Hoist re-issues I got at AA tonight. I'm very impressed by both, both are really nice pieces. And it means I've got the joy of attaching stickers too!
Also opened the Robot Heroes packs I got for my birthday - Blaster and Perceptor are OK, but Bombshell and Thrust are ace!
Still got Darkwind and Countdown to go too - happy times! :-)

Yeah, Bombshell is pretty funky. Once I had him I felt compelled to pick up the other two Insecticons.

Literally around 6 months ago, Nick picked up an Animated Leader Megatron for me when they were going cheap. Then it vanished behind a pile of Toy-Fu stuff and was forgotten. Got round to picking it up yesterday. Got nowhere to put it though!

My gorgeous GF bought me Animated Swoop yesterday, because he's awesome. He'd been cruelly discarded at a Tesco checkout. He was only a tenner. Currently keeping Optimus Prime company are:

Another bumper weekend of car booting. I think I spent around £40. Ultimate Bumblebee. Always wanted to try one out after seeing the protos on the Hasbro tour, but not to spend £50+ on it. I paid £3 and frankly I still regret it. Which is odd because even though I prefer small toys I have a sot spot for the ridiculously big ones.
Voyager movie Prime, 07 Bumblebee and Brawl (the tank?) A box of small Tf's and like. Cosmos, Powerglide, Hubcap, 2 Terrorcons (sadly not Blot) a technobot breakdown some Micromasters, G2 gobots, Sparkbots and cons loads of gobots and KO insect transformery things.
Armada TM Megatron Animated Voyager Megatron Movie bonecrusher Armada Skywarp and minicon (going in my actionmaster thundercracker pile)
The Thing marvel transformer things
Lots of Power ranger bits probably 30 or 40.
2003 Turtles lair, van, sewer racer, and helicopter plus loads of figures. Then a second Turtle lair.
Most soon to be seen on ebay, tomorrow I hope. The rest in the custom fodder pile. Except the two terrorcons. Suddenly I'm 60% of the way to Abominous after 20 years stuck at 20%.

A long long time ago, when I was a wee lad, I had the most powerful Decepticon leader known to mankind in my posession. I bought him mint on card, packed with a blue fellow that could pierce your eardrums with his sonic death waves, and no, he didn't have a face plate.
Anyways... As the years passed, that powerful Decepticon was lost somewhere in the thrawls of life (is there such a word?)...
Now...
He's back!
Yesterday I became the proud owner of the greatest of all Decepticon leaders - RATBAT!
Encore 17 is a treat. Can't wait for Cassette Adventure volume III!

Universe Classics Inferno arrived today, and I have to say I am VERY pleased with him! A simple, but clever transformation to turn an excellent alt mode, into a top notch robot mode. He has everthing you require, except a ladder, but what ya gunna do?
Inferno is also a big chap. A good head taller than Classics Optimus. I like that. Inferno suits big.

More carboot finds. Cybertron Wingsaber, Alt Shockblast, one of Superion Maximus; limbs and Cyb override? Some more Power Rangers including a boxed DX Storm Power Megazord. A mask vehicle and figure.
I have to say I'm really impressed by some of the power ranger zords. I started buying them as custom fodder and out of curiosity (previously I've only picked up toys from the 80's ) and while I always intended to stick them on ebay and hopefully get my money back (which doesnt always work with the 80's toys) a couple I've decided to keep. Ranger to Gorilla transformer type and a ranger to manta ray are both a lot of fun. The gorrila would have made a great BM Primal with a few mods. The manta kinds reminds me of a much bigger legends Cosmos. There a bull zord I like as well and a combiner set.
