I finally found a Star Convoy for 2500 yen on YJ. Been determined to ind one under that for a while now. Already have a fairly nice original, just the bot, so I can dress both up and see which I prefer. And I finally have a Hot Rodimus or whatever he's called.

the 2 pack cost me 5000 yen including shipping to the proxy, including their handling fee's, it cost about £35. I usually dont get packages shipped out till I have a few items ready, to save on costs. Lio Convoy himself is, I think, rather nice, beast mode is excellent, and the robot mode is a very nice homage to Prime with a few lion bits on it. Galvatron is also a very nice toy, his dragon mode looks superb.

Two really nice toys actually, and for £35? Crazy price, I'd snap that up. Galvatron has Terminator 2 style miniguns for knees!!

Found it. It's Nightbeat's all right. With the barrel facing away from you, the handle sticks out to the left (thinking more about it, it's also the "L" gun on the TFU page). Which one do you have, Ralph?

I finally freed Ransack from his cardboard and plastic prison. Not a bit little figure. I have had some issues with his left arm falling off, but I hope to fix it. These scout-class figures have a certain 'Kinder Egg toy' vibe about them.
Still waiting for my Thomas The Tank Engine TF, KO Wheelie and Doubledealer; but the Bristol Postal Strike has meant for an annoying delay. I feel worse for people who are awaiting more important stuff in thier mail.

Henkei Grimlock arrived yesterday, its.. ok. Not the best toy I've seen in recent times. I can sense a certain amount of GPS coming with him.. Still, looks good in the display case!

Henkei/Universe Grimlock is nice, though I wish there was more clearance between his thighs and better knee joints. In other news, I've just bought Ejector, Ransack and Skids from ASDA. I've been intending to buy them for some time and the mention of ASDA's £5 basic deal (on this very forum) pushed me into it. I was surprised to discover that a ROTF Night beat existed. I've never seen this character before and wanted to read a few reviews before committing to his purchase. I'll be buying him the next time I'm in ASDA, whenever that is.

As long as you're getting good prices for stuff, I don't see the problem. You can always resell them if you regret it later. At least, thats what I tell myself!
