I care not, as long as someone starts it and we don't keep on thinking it's week 27.#
Gastroenterologist today: He'd like me back for a tube down the throat and ct scan. There's a joy

Just gained a bonus £500. From gransmothers will, so not entirely thrilled about it, but still. That might be a botcon box set paid for at AA..

Some money to buy toys at AA full stop would be nice. I bought some toys for someone a while back and am still waiting for payment!

Today was an interesting day. It followed a bad bout of insomnia yesterday evening which saw me still awake at 3am.. Still managed to get a days work done though, and feel like I am getting a bit more traction than I had last week.
Tomorrow evening it will be time to pull a couple of my carrots to see how they are doing. My beans meanwhile look ever more forlorn - of four tubs planted only one still shows signs of life. The transplanted budlea is in fine fettle though, flowering nicely in its new home corner.

Sorry I do finally have Ramjet and Cheetor but wanted to double check there hadn't been a mistake by customs, sadly it was wishful thinking. Expect messages tonight or tomorrow people.

Sorry, man. Wriggler continues to eat like a horse. Like an actual horse. Hey and stuff. Keep trying to give her milk, but no, has to be hey. When you end up in the hey, there's only hey, a-hey hey!

Endoscopys aren't fun

I went to see Foo Fighters at the Milton Keynes Bowl Sunday before last and spent all last week slightly Jet lagged after not getting home until about 4am on Monday. The concert was simply amazing. Jimmy Eat World were one of the support acts, I never thought I'd hear them play the middle and Sweetness live let alone in front of 65000. With Biffy clyro and 2/3 of Supergrass performing cover versions it was 6 and a half hours of perfection. Best £50 I ever spent.
But after that last week was a bit of a drag.
Picked up this week with me watching a Potter movie a day at Cineworld and doodling for Blueshift.
Still need to sort out AA, tickets, room and trying to work out how to get myself and a mass of toys there. I need to hire a large car without it costing hundreds.

Endoscopys aren't fun Have I got the right word? Tube down the throat? I've had one before: they did both ends at once. Gave me the sedative. Asked me to bite down on the ring to stop me biting on the camera cable. I got cramp and had to get up. Got back on the table and nothing afterwards. Fab meal out last night, local Chinese is soooo good :-)

Liz needs to go away for work tonight - she's got an early appointment in Weston Super Mare. But that means I have the TV to myself tonight :-)

Lots of big stuff going overhead loudly & very fast at the moment so I assume that's stuff for the Fairford airshow arriving. On a related note I was rather amused to see a lost US air crew broken down at the side of the road.

That was an exhausting day between one thing and another. I am looking forward to the weekend. I did have some interesting food for thought this afternoon though, so I have something to mull over whilst I put my feet up.

Well today was my first shift back after paternity leave and ordinary leave. I'd hoped for a steady day to get my sights back, but no! Had a crazy crazy day ending with a spectacular car fire! (no one was hurt). Welcome back to work! Got a Cyberverse Commander Ironhide on the way home though! Now watching the magnificent Kevin Mccloud on Grand Designs with a cold Carlsbery Export and a, thankfully, sleeping baby!
