The Time Lords.... no, not Time Lords. This has the sense of a direct excession from the Continumn. A whole week taken and replaced with an alternative time and memetic structure. A Faction Paradox trick surely?

Even now the start of the premature week 32 lies time looped to prevent something from happening to it. When the time comes I shall activate my GodMod powers to retrieve it from the vortex!

August does not rule. August sucks. It should have stayed July forever.

I am thoroughly zonked myself. Looking forward to the weekend - and the fact that next week is a short week, finishing up on Wednesday to travel down for AA.
I am looking forward to the break away from work. I could probably do with deciding when I am going to take my mandatory two weeks leave at some point soon.

I don't like August 2011. I turn old in August 2011.

I don't like August 2011. I turn old in August 2011. As do I! Once more Auto Assembly heralds another year old for me! (actually my birthday is the 16th so misses AA completely but I still treat it as my birthday weekend for guilt-free money spending purposes).

I forgot to say but the house sale went through last week which was a relief as I was getting incredibly stressed out by it all. Only thing is the money has gone in to the wrong account.
Well I say wrong but actually I'd OK'd it as it seemed the simplest thing to do at the time. However I now find that the internet banking seems to have lost the option to transfer money between accounts (though there's still a help section for it). Temporary problem perhaps? Dunno but I have a meeting at the bank tomorrow morning though so hopefully I can get things sorted out.
Alternatively I come out with new accounts and cards I don't want...

Opened an unexpected package from Amazon this evening, and it turned out to be the English language version of Chohei Kambayashi's novel "Good Luck, Yukikaze" which wasn't due to be out until later in the month. It was meant to be a bit of a Birthday treat to myself. The question is, do I have what it takes to put it aside for the back end of the month or will I be tempted to (stall)dive into it now?

I hate the hot weather, yesterday it made me lose my appetite all day (only ate the bare essentials) and at night I couldn't get comfortable enough to sleep.
So...at about 2am I gave up, just threw in a DVD (G1 Season 3 Part 1) and....fell asleep before the end of the first episode...

AAARRRGH!!!!!!!!! I JUST BURNT MY FREAKIN' HANDING GETTING A CUP OF COFFEE OUT OF THE MICROWAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I GOT BLISTERS ON THE INSIDES OF TWO FINGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (oooh, and the largest blister is filling with 'stuff'! How interesting...) AAAAAARRRRGGGHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SONOFABITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On the plus side my fave mug didn't smash when I dropped it. I did that weird silent scream when I did it. Musta been freakin' red hot, 'cos I only grabbed it for a micro-second before letting go! Fine Kenyan rich bean coffee everywhere!
This is prob payback for working last night at a quieter satelite station and not getting a single job all night! Thus allowing a lovely nights sleep! Mother freakin' karma...

In other news the bank problem has been sorted out. Hurrah! I have ended up with another appointment in a few weeks time though too... grrrrrrr.....
