Get ready to blow on the starting whistle, And aim real high with your rhyming missile! As we get ready for the grand unveiling, Of Rhyming Week; hey, no bailing!
With every post you add to the forum, You must make it fit with the rhyming quorum. Do join in, it'll be such fun... Let it flow, no need for a dry run.
As we take the scissors to the rhyming ribbon, Don't pout with a lip like a perturbed gibbon... We can still chat about robots and comics, And even that time I took home economics.

I for one cannot wait, Here is one out the gate. Rhyming week comes but once a year, With puns that cause not one tear.

I'm now enjoying a glass of sherry, It is enough to make me merry.
I'm pleased to see you're all well trained And don't need Rhyming Week explained.
But remember that for good or ill It's Rhyming Week on request of Phil.
(To Jonathan I shout hurrah, I'm sure he'll soon be a rising star.)

To Johnathan I give a great cheer followed by a hearty hear! Hear!
With rhyming week here once more with my rhymes I shall try not to bore
At work a mystery does divert someone at night my mug doth invert. What upturned was when to home I did turn face down is when I return.
He who in my office my mug with doth tamper will now find it hidden, their efforts to hamper.

Stick it in a bag of rice she said If I'd done this straight away it might not be dead.
Will it work? I don't know But it's got to be worth ago.
