The colour scheme on that Revenge of the Fallen Soundwave toy reminds me of bat Optimus Primal.
Edited to hide potential spoiler for that new Transformers film.

Thanks to Phil for removing the link, but the joke as well? I thought it was hilarious! :-)

Jetfire makes me sad (what...is...it?) -Ralph According to rumour it is supposed to be an SR-71 "Blackbird" in the old, pre-nasa, colours. As to what it actually looks like.... I've looked at it from several angles and I'm not entirely sure. The Springer looks interesting - some design cues taken from BM Obsidian by the looks of it. I can see me picking that up. Karl

Terrifying and might pose a bigger problem with likeness rights than dealing with VW!

I agree there Ralph. I just hope the line has no quality control issues.
Just thinking. As the months go by, avoiding movie related news/spoilers will be difficult to sustain, unless people who don't want to see/hear/read them stop using the internet and the spoiler/news spreaders form a secret society of sorts.

They look like Deployers/Action Master buddies. Perhaps they are drones for Soundwave.

I hope Hasbro make more Real Gear figures. I wouldn't hold my breath, Ken. The first series did rather patchy business (popular figures sold okay, unpopular figures shelf-warmed for months even when discounted) although if 3" Titaniums are any indication that may not stop Hasbro from trying again. When are Universe Cyclonus and Hound coming out over here, dammit? -Nick
