Blackout looks nice, but not for £9 for an oversized Legends toy. I am waiting for it to be reduced.
I checked out TRU Edinburger and stock levels of various toy lines were as lamentable/non-existent as ever. Naturally, there was no sign of Generations. The TF section has been supplemented with a few more cases of...full-price ROTF deluxes.

i have seen cyberverse blackout and powerglide in toys r us in sheffield south yorkshire UK i picked them both up and they are pretty cool not seen them anywhere else yet. They were briefly sighted in Asda in Falkirk, but I haven't seen them in any of the stores with larger toy sections around here. And welcome aboard by the way. Karl

Yup, that's the (in the USA) Wal*Mart exclusive version. Shelf tags were sighted a few weeks back, so it's not unexpected news, but nice to see.
Sainsburys also have Sideswipe & Bumblebee exclusive repaints.

Generations Kup and Thunderwing spotted in TRU brent cross, who have also restocked on Masterpiece Grimlock! I now commence the long wait til payday. John Lewis will move their prices down - Never Knowingly Undersold means they have to match the cheapest available price. I reported the Smyths undersale yesterday and will let my branch know the Tesco prices tomorrow. If you're in a branch let them know and they will match prices.

It was the sunhats and darkglasses they were wearing. Very effective disguises really.

I popped into Tescos today and see the Cyberverse commanders at the reduced price of £5 (or thereabouts) which was acceptable for the toy. I picked up a Blackout (no Powerglides there). However, I still disagreed with the fact that it was being pushed as a bargain at a reduced price - if I didn't know that these toys were priced higher everywhere else, I'd have thought Tesco were telling fibs. A bargain for this size toy would be about £3 in my book. So I put him back and went home with a nice set of floral patterned table place mats instead. Of course now I'm wondering when I turned into an old person?

That's what I meant - on sale a toy of that size should be £5 to £3. And the reason I mentioned 'being an old person' wasn't because of my opinions on DOTM prices - it was because I actually chose new table mats over a new toy!
Still, I have just spent £10 on a pack of bloody Pokemon cards for my daughter which makes all DOTM prices seem much better!

Toys R Us have Human Alliance Jazz (W/Lennox) and black Sideswipe (W/Mikala) in. £29.99 each.
More exciting is that Dining-ware R Us have new oak-effect table mats with raindrop style patterns. 7.99 pack of four.

I didn't know table mats were so popular. I shall have to get some in stock next time I reorder my coasters.
