Larger toy: Stalker! I loved his colour scheme, and he just LOOKS like such a great robot, great toy mode too. Skyquake's a close second.

Rotorstorm. Thunder Clash would get the nod but he has GPS.

A near perfect ground based Decepticon with a decent interaction gimmick with the smaller toys. I have to give it to Rotorstorm here - I love his aesthetics in both modes. Karl

As much as I love em all it's gotta be Rotorstorm, for me probably one of the top 10 TFs prior to the improved articulation of G2.

Smaller Predator: Snare, only one I got as a kid so not a lot of competition. Still need one or two of them.

I don't care for any of them, but I'm voting for Thunderclash for Larger Toy for his monumental taking the mick of the entire toy line by having "Transformers" written on his trailer.

Why haven't you voted for him then ?
Skydive. Snare's too thin, too obvious arms in jet mode and the wrong colour. Falcon is OK... Toss up between Skydive & Talon and Skydive wins it because he's a decent Decepticon colour

I only remembered 'cos Matt Dallas did a parody strip at the time in which he attempts to escape the Predator jets by using his disguise mode, and not only does he have "Transformers" in large letters but also the TF theme music blaring out of his sound system. As they pelt him with bombs, he wonders, "How did they know it was me?!"

I had no idea the 1992 range even existed until around 2000/2001, so I have a certain affection for them as it was nice to find out about 'new' vehicle TF's back when the shops had the beast stuff in.

It might just be a truck ferrying crates of popular children's toys! That's a point. Perhaps Thunderclash originates from a reality where TF's mostly exist only as toys! -Ralph

One man designed all the 1992 toys
But what was his name? There was an interview with him in Generations. It was translated and put up online and somebody placed a link to it on the Hub, but I can't find it for love nor money. Does anyone remember who he was or where the interview is?

Was he perchance colour-blind? 'Twould explain much... Martin :DI was thinking the same, but I've been thinking about it, does 1992 deserve its reputation? 1990-91 had the crazy euro actionmasters and 1993-94 had the late G1/G2 in some fairly bright colours, but what does 92 have. Thunderclash obviously, but the rest of the Turbomasters weren't near as bad as people say. Predators were a bit more out there overall, but non came near Thunderclash. Rescueforce and the constructicons were conservative enough and wasn't the rest straight rereleases? Andy
