Pages have just been posted up taken from last weekend about pages of art (that does look better than most of the US printed art) from series 3 comic adaptions.
States there are more of these that where done. But why have we never heard about this before.
But just one thing. These where done to fill in if the monthly comic wasn't finished. But the artist working on these extra comic happens to be the inker for the normal comic & also inker by the normal inker. So could it be they might at times not have meet the normal deadlines because they where doing these extra comics that where then not printed. We know they used Man of Iron just once for a fill in. Then Big Broadcast.
I'd guess they must have done Starscream ghost 2 parter.

Presumably done at the same time as the Big Broadcast adaptation so as to have something in the bag,as such it might actually have been adapted by the writer of the episode as well, we could have had some Paul Dini goodness. Both were likely put together quickly because of Bob's extreme desire to leave the book by that point creating uncertainty over whether they'd have a firm regular writer from issue to issue.

Just noticed (right after I posted my own piece that mentioned it) that the text accompanying the pics mentions this actually was a "Complete book", the artist had just sold off some of the other pages over the years- presumably whoever bought they didn't know it hadn't seen the light of day. So it looks as if being the inker on the regular series hadn't been a hindrance to doing this as well.

What a brilliant find!
Of course, any cartoon adaptation appearing in the comic would have been a story from Wreck-Gar's tortured mind. Gosh, that darn Junkion sure had an over-sugared imagination!
