Its not a bad set of reissues for a tenth annivarsary set* if your focus is only the characters with G1 names attached.
*apart from not using Battle Blades Bumblebee.
The lack of Blackout is disappointing.

They do seem slightly pointless but I'll buy Classic Prime, Soundwave and Shockwave because it saves me paying the crazy prices on ebay for them just now.

Oh, I managed to miss that it was the Human Alliance version of Soundwave. Now that one I would be tempted by. Provided it's not silly prices like the Asia reissue was.
Well. As not silly as it can be given the value the pound'll be by the time these are released...

Its the HA version? Oh well thats a bit silly. The set seemed like a good effort at releasing the movie cast in something resembling scale. HA Soundwave kind of spoils that.

Only figure I want is deluxe Leadfoot, and I doubt that's getting a reissue!
Maybe I could get the HA version and hope it shrinks in the wash.

I still don't have the Movie Shockwave in my Shockwave collection. Only this morning I discovered the new Tak reissue is in a more Shockwavey purple, but because it's movie tat no one's doing preorders. Let us know what you think of it.

Let us know what you think of it. I had been waiting on the preorders for the reissues myself for Shockwave and Soundwave but nothing's appeared so took a jump in case they don't show up anywhere. Soundwaves 3 times the price of what I got Soundwave for on eBay so haven't gone for that yet. Initial thoughts are good. Alt mode looks a little anaemic but it's neat. I'll get into it properly in the next couple of days and give you a shout. |

I'll be honest, I didn't even notice you'd mentioned Amazon in your post or that Phil had put an Amazon link in his.
I'd only looked at the HLJ link at the top. It being Amazon makes it a bit more appealing.

Jolly good! I got as far as checkout on Amazon but with postage it came to £47, which is a bit much for a movie mould for me. Even Shockwave.
