Probably because a) they didn't realise they could block it, or b) they forgot to block it.
I can imagine any TV channel outside the US who've got this lined up to broadcast would have been a bit pissed off it was free to view on the net.

Madness. Are Hasbro not aware of how kids watch tv now? They go online. They'll watch it where they find it! Better to have the views go to your own channel!

Either they didn't retain exclusive world-wide streaming rights when they negotiated deals for the show and forgot, or someone has cone in and taken the UK streaming rights.
Still a lot of old-world thinking in the international licensing business.
