No,more a laptop thing. Print Scrn, like some other things, usually shares a key with something else which needs an additional key to be held down at the same time.

sometimes CTrl, sometimes FN, you do know it wont do anything just by pressing it, you need ot paste it into word or alternative as well!

On a phone a screenshot appears in the Gallery. Easy.
Why are computers so complicated?

This should really be as simple as pressing the keyboard's screenshot button, then right clicking in the word processor and selecting paste from the menu.

My suspicion is the key in question is knackered or user error.
I know my instructions are good, I use it to take screenshot of the forum every Friday!
