OK.
So, the boxes are compact. Very compact. The figures look great inside! Nice art work all over. One side slopes. Pinwig will hate the boxes. But the slopy bits do fit side by side, if you know what I mean. There are no pictures of Siege Prowl on the box art.

Ok. He feels good.
He's the exact same size as Classic voyager Optimus Prime, but not quite as wide. So he's on the smaller side of voyager. Combiner Wars Motor Master dwarfs him (which I like, but others may not). He only comes up to Motor Master's shoulder. PotP Jazz and Classics Prowl come up to the bottom of his windows.

Plastic feels ok though. Not quite as good as Classics Optimus, but slightly better than PotP Jazz.
Battle damage looks silly.

Too much forearm kibble, and his backpack kinda stands-off his back a bit, looks a bit gappy, which I think we'd all clocked from the pics we've seen. They are annoying, but in the plastic, they don't seem too bad actually.

He's the same size as Optimus. Same height. Just seems ever so slightly beefier than Optimus. His shoulders come up more over his chest, making him look beefier. Their heads are at the exact same level. So again, CW Motor Master looms over him.

So, yeah, generally speaking they could've done with being a head taller. There's no doubt about it. It's not a deal breaker, not for me anyway, but it's a thing.
They just look superb. Very G1y. Megatron in particular looks like G1 one Megatron, if G1 Megatron transformed into a tank. Front on Optimus looks almost as good as MP10, but not as smooth. Very very nice looking indeed.

The shit on Megatron doesn't seem to bother me as much as with Prime.
Megagron has gappy forearms, his backpack, which is large, but doesn't look out of place, annoying doesn't tab in.
His gun is superb.
There is a fairly major flaw with Megaron's head. It's on a panel which doesn't secure or tab. Every time to move his head the entire panel moves as well. Very annoying.

Both pose very nicely. But Megatron's non tabbed backpack and especially head panel are annoying.
