Corned Beef sandwich for me today. My appetite is slowly returning, but it is very much a gently upward curve. Was soup yesterday. Going for some mince in pitta bread for my dinner tonight - see how my system copes with that.

Roast peppered pork loin with garlic and herb spread on a gluten, wheat free sunflower seed roll. Couple of healthy snack bar type things.

Breakfast at Mickey Dee's on way to health appt but I had the PINEAPPLE STICK instead of the hash brown. It looks hideous but was actually quite nice.

Not Happy.
Was brought back a triple pack of sarnies for lunch.
2 had egg in.
Surgery was necessary before they could be eaten.
Egg is acceptable fried in rice or in omelette form. Not in any other and certainly not in a sandwich containing otherwise lovely sausage and/or bacon.
Son responsible. Son may find himself on a Mushroom diet in London next week....
