Hello! Liz here, (Mrs Phil) can I ask a favour please? Lego exhibition weekend Is in two weeks time and, as ever, there is open house here for sleep overs, meals and a magic refilling cake tin. The only slight issue is that we are away on holiday and only get back on the day some of you start to arrive. (I have started to stock pile cake in the freezer, so all should be well,) however in order to be able to plan ahead and not need to run round like a mad thing please can anyone staying over confirm as soon as possible (I.e. before next Saturday) which nights they would like to stay, also it would be useful to know how many are arriving for which meals and any dietary issues. All are welcome, and as ever, there will be far too much food, so any ‘extra waifs and strays’ on the day will still be welcome.
Next weekend is Jonathan’s Macmillan coffee morning, so I hope it will be ok if I do what I did last year and put out his donations box for any ‘appreciations of cake’ you might like to make……
Andu if you are not coming down I will post you flapjacks…. (I would send them via Ralph, if he a) still lived near you and b) could be trusted to make sure you got them……)

My intention is to come down on the Friday (time to be determined) and depart on the Sunday at some point in time - if that be acceptable.
Happy to make a donation into the box in the name of cake appreciation too. It is a good cause and I would be happy to donate.

I've been asking for extra hours for four months. I've now been told to go in on October 7th. I've asked that to be changed as I plan to be away. We'll see what they say.
