Could actually be tempted by Hubcap - I’ve always found his toy more interesting than Cliffjumper. No idea why though, mind you... I think Hubcap is the only minibot I dont have a modern verison of so I'll get it and then start working out the best combination of minibots. Big Powerglide. Little Powerglide. Big Powerglide. Patiently waiting on a sale for Cliffjumper. Hubcap is an instant must-buy though. The face sculpt and yellow really work. Also, when was the last time Hubcap got a toy?

I have G2 Hubcap 'unopened' upstairs. A fine toy. He is. I picked him up from a Poundland in '97ish. Don't know why I never got any of the others, but Hubcap travelled everywhere with me, when I moved from Newhall to Burton, to Hull, to Woodville, to Derby... At least I thought he came to Derby. I wonder if there's one on Ebay? Wouldn't be the same, but... <edit> There is, but £30+? Not happening. |

Back in the day Hubcap was the only one of the 'Bee-type minibots that I had, so I have a certain fondness for him. And yet also an annoyance, since he wasn't the Bumblebee I wanted. So I find myself wanting WFC Hubcap in a masochistic way...

I really like the proportions on that one. He seems to have a bigger head than Cliffjumper, so he actually looks like a small robot as opposed to a big one shrunk down.
