Who...who is Blackcat? -Ralph A green and red Ravage from those german comics. Completely unknown until I scanned and had a load translated for the wiki and that AA zine ages back. He was on a cover and puzzle page. (The shattered glass Straxus was also based on one of the german covers, but, you know, shattered glass)

Hang on, does banning the word seeker apply to any use of those characters then? These Siege ones are tetrajets, not earth planes, so why can't they be seekers? They aren't strike planes.

Never mind the fact that in Cyberverse and Aligned (and G1!) this group/bodytype/set of characters are canonically called Seekers.

I think we should pick a colouring error and see if we can get a toy made of it too. If One Fan can do it...imagine A Few Fans!!! -Ralph I want every Generations toy rereleased in Yomtov colouring.

Is it time for The Hub to overcome its 'Seeker' phobia...? Absolutely not. Bollocks fanon term which bears no relation to their roles in any if the fiction.

The term as it appears on some early American ads. Only the other day Burns sent me a link to an ad on the book of face without realising the S word was in it. What we're lacking is evidence the term comes from Hasbro..... but the number of places it occurs implies a common origin. However we are British and Strike Planes is on our Catalogues, a primary source from Hasbro, so .....

Good god swoop is bloody awful. He full on feels like a bootleg. His plastic feels even cheaper than the Big Powered set, and not a single joint on mine has anything close to tension. Ricochet fairs a bit better. Jazz's quality wasn't the best, and Ric is a little below that. Mine arrived today. Yeah Swoop's not good. The problem is the black plastic bits. I've done a limb swap and the old black plastic ball joints bite fine on the new Swoop's elbows & hips but the new limbs are floppy on the old body. Ricocjhet, however, isn't great on mine either. VERY floppy shoulders - the white pieces pinned into the side of the car is the responsible piece there - and the hips aren't great either. The car front doesn't want to stay tabbed into the top of the body in robot mode. Had been wanting a second to stay in robot mode when Inferno gets Ricochet, now not so sure.

Hmmm. All the QC issues being reported with red Swoops means happy to stick with blue version.
Wonder if Ricochet is luck of the draw. Handled one at Glasgow meet and it felt solid.

Disappointing. I was looking forward to Ricochet because of his combined limb status but I don't think I'll bother. Might do what Phil's done with Swoop and put the red torso on the original figure.

Hmmm. All the QC issues being reported with red Swoops means happy to stick with blue version. Oddly it's not the blue parts that are the issue! Wonder if Ricochet is luck of the draw. Handled one at Glasgow meet and it felt solid. I'll be interested what you think of mine in comparison. Disappointing. I was looking forward to Ricochet because of his combined limb status but I don't think I'll bother. Might do what Phil's done with Swoop and put the red torso on the original figure. The wings are the only unswappable bits, but there again the wings were a different colour on the original.

Wonder if Ricochet is luck of the draw. Handled one at Glasgow meet and it felt solid. -Ralph That may be a thing with the mold itself. I have two Jazzes (reprolabelled differently), plus Ric, and all three are at different places on the QC spectrum, with ric being somewhere between the two Jazz (though on the low end). It sounds like Phil's is similar to mine, though.
