It is. The four Primes use the colour schemes of four types of Nike Atmos Safari trainers. All four are exclusive to the Atmos shop in Japan. It just happens that one of the four is named after LeBron James. It's still part of the set of four exclusives.

It's a set of four because they're all Nike Safari Atmos trainers. The basketball player is immaterial; that's just marketing. Four Safari Atmos shoes, four colour schemes, four matching Primes. All exclusive to the same shop.

While I appreciate the novelty, that's WAY too many. If collectors don't think they can get the entire set, they won't bother at all, and flooding the market out is a great way of doing that.
