I think the Prowl is just badly posed - it's looking a bit like the animation model: But I think it's legs are just angled back a bit.

This is where I HATE the absolute repulsion to presenting sometging new: I would kill for a companion modulator based on the ISS that the astro squad can call home.

It could have weapons that turn into booster rockets.

That's a good Prowl. I'm excited.
Yes he's still got hollofootitis, but they're not as gappy as Siege. Maybe someone will do some plug-ins this time.
I can take or leave Ironhide.

It struck me the other day that my first two transformers were Prowl and Ironhide.
It's kind of interesting these are the two that are put together.

I just realized. They went through all the trouble of three fairly major retools of this mold, but didn't give them their proper arm canons. And like... Ramjet's and Dirge's are so simular that one would have worked for both, like it did with the Classics version. Also I realized Ramjet's arms are the wrong color.

So, have we actually decided if Wheeljack, Sunstreaker and Runamuck are the same mold, or different molds, or just share engineering, or reshells, or just hangout together OR WHAT?

Aye, but I'm guessing that that's maybe because it's white? The joins may not be so noticable on Runabout's black body.

We have discusses this upthread tmukhub.proboards.com/post/415991/threadMore than once tmukhub.proboards.com/post/416105/threadThey are not the same mould If they share parts, nobody has spotted it yet. With the exception of the arms, Wheeljack and Sunstreaker transform the same. Runamok has a similar TF, but his car roof is not his robot chest.

Hasbro has ignored that general TF robot design for ten years. And then out of nowhere we get four unique molds that use it, in the same line.

Trying to think of some recent TFs with car front feet, roof chests. Legends class Bumblebee is the only one that springs to mind

THREE characters, who they COULD get away with doing from the same mold, given DIFFERENT molds all! GAZOOKS!

And besides him, there's Generations Wheeljack, and TFP Wheeljack. Both of those molds are hovering around ten years old. You'd think that given Sunstreaker, Wheeljack, Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Hubcap, Goldbug, Chase, Wideload, Rollout, Freeway, Searchlight, Runabout, and Runamuck all use this basic design, it'd have popped up somewhere a little more often.

Getting a bit frustrated with QC issues on Hasbro toys. Still haven't shaved Grapple's head pegs yet so he remains a giant orange Monoformer [my SECOND Grapple, having broken those pegs on the first trying to pull them out of his feet]. I've ordered DoubleDealer but am not looking forward to the double-joint issues. Saw Thew poo-poo the issues on Twitter when someone raised them - apparently this is still better than early Botcon figures - but it is getting frustrating. I've had a ffew figures need attention/replacing of late, not least was TR Trypticon with his too-tight leg ratchets and loose chest panel.

So Trypticon's "loose" chest panel isn't an issue exclusive to mine? Mine's so bad that I'd have to tape it shut if I put the car dude on it.

No, that was a common problem. I managed to get mine to stay shut most of the time by tightening the screw at the side.

Ah excellent, thank you Big Phil. I don't think ER Sunstreaker looks as good as Siege Sideswipe. Missing something behind his head. And the iconic red shoulders of course. But, I think he'll do.
