Well mine didn't arrive yesterday, although mine was being sent from wonderful Englandland to filthy Scotlandshire, and there's usually an extra day for that. Or it could be that when it said "dispatched" on the order it meant "sent down to our warehouse", as opposed to "actually posted"...

Get hold of the tracking number - do IDToys send them automatically or do you need to ask? - and find out if it thinks delivery has been attempted.
Tracking Number plus ID should be enough to get it from sorting office.
