Well they gave this an extension because they were so excited about it being so close!!! and then... nothing. We had new info and nonsense and even slugs to try and persuade everyone to pull together for the big August deadline, but since then it's like Hasbro have disowned it. Why go so cold so quickly? Unless they're just banking on a huge push over the Comicon weekend. It seems really weird - especially as for a lot of the time the numbers have actually been going backwards. It looks rubbish publicly. If this was your kickstarter you'd be championing it like nobody's business to get the funds.
Hasbro will have exact numbers, we knew back in August they were in contact daily with their partners for current figures. So why else go so cold unless you knew you were already over the finish line?

It's fairly obvious the extension was not planned and was implemented late in the day. There may not be additional resources to push it. Nowt more mysterious than that.

I suspect they have gone quiet as they are just hoping it will go away and soon be forgotten when it fails to fund. The extension seemed pretty desperate even at the time.

I was expecting an end of the month/start of next month surge as that is when many folk are paid. I also expect it to heat up once we go under 7 days remaining. The question is when Hasbro will add in the international orders to bump up the numbers.
