I think I'll pass. I'm not fond enough of the CW style combiners to pay £50 for torso robots.

Phew. I put a down payment on the Feb releases when ID put them up, but the original Jan ones have been worrying me. No longer! So do we think the last two will be due March?

It's just a shame it just looks like a robot doing a handstand.

I love it. This might be my favorite of the set. I love his goofy legs.
I remember Tentakill's bio talking about how he's useless on land, as a reference to cephalopods being boneless blobs out of water, but the toy had these relatively powerful looking legs.
This Tentakill looks like he moves like one of those giant japanese mascot costumes, and it cracks me up.

I really wish they had done Overbite differently, and flipped him around.
New robot legs that become the shark head and arms, and replaced the original beast head with the shark tail.

I've seen a lot of debate online about how ridiculous it looks, and... that's the point, isn't it? Isn't he - isn't the whole set meant to be ridiculous? Attack fish! That's why I love it.

Not my cup of tea. Just doesn't look right though I can't put my finger on why. -Ralph I think it's interesting, as new versions of the Seacons would have blown our minds 15 or even 10 years ago. Or even 5, heck. At this point though, pretty much every release feels a bit 'yeah, exactly what I expected'. Updates of the original figures with added articulation. No real surprises, we sort of already know what we're getting before we even see it, like a box ticking exercise.

Looks fantastic, can't wait. This is the first CW combiner who actually looks like he suits his supplied feet.

Oh God (Poseidon) he looks nice. Unfortunately we needed a new bed for our back room instead, which apparently is going to be more practical, so this shall have to remain forever a dream... And lest you think I've gone all TFW, that's me telling me that. Stupid me, being right for once... Oh and I've decided combiner-wise I'm focussing on Studio Series Devastator. So definitely not gone all TFW. At this point though, pretty much every release feels a bit 'yeah, exactly what I expected'. Updates of the original figures with added articulation. No real surprises, we sort of already know what we're getting before we even see it, like a box ticking exercise. You're not wrong about this, though. Which might be part of the reason I'm putting my funds into SS Devastator instead - that's something we've not properly seen before, and it's not just another G1 reimagining...
