Same as Amazon UK. You just need to use google to translate the pages and it's fine.

Same way as all the other Amazons
If you go to the site, look for the little symbol to the right of the search bar. Click on it and then on the dialogue that appears Click The Button labelled English En. If prompted save changes.
IIRC you'll need to set up an account from scratch again, it doesn't automatically share details with the other sites
