That rust deco is actually really well done.
I wonder if we'll get a Cosmic Rust set one day much like we got the Golden Lagoon ones...

The rusty one looks great to me.

I think it's quite neat, and an inversion of what happened in the BW cartoon I mean in that if this is written in the show that means like... They think Megatron would become bones? And his transformation would change? It makes no logical sense.

Wow, that Barricade paint job is superb. Never seen texturing like that on a generations toy before. Purple Paleotrex looks great too, but I think it I was getting one of those I'd rather have the retail colours.

Rumours are that as well as Barricade and the Seeker the Netflix Deepcover is also a Sparkless Rust Zombie and that the rumoured Selects Deep Cover *does* exist and is the standard colours tfwiki.net/wiki/Deep_Cover

Looks more like 'pissed on the floor of a nightclub toilet' Ironhide to me.

I'll be having me that Cheetor. Looks like the cheetah mode is better painted at the expense of the robot. So I'll be keeping this one as a cheetah. (Not suggesting the regular one has a bad deco in cheetah mode)

Yep, might have to hang on for that Cheetor now - good thing I've not yet picked up the standard version.

SHIT! You have just said the magic words. Damn you, Phil!!! If...if they do the Impactor toy in rust zombie colours... It's okay. As long as they've not also (relatively) recently released a Trypticon and a Flywheels I'll be able to resist. ... Oh no.

(Not suggesting the regular one has a bad deco in cheetah mode) I see a lot of people complaining about how they "got cheap" by not painting thr shins. But the more I think, the more I think this is a conscious choice, because the focus on the cheetah. Without those painted, he'll have no real visible robot kibble.

Barricade looks great, I'm not as keen on Ironhide. Is purple Paleotrex supposed to be coming in the Spoiler box with Megatron?

Awwwww! So is this our Netflix Quintesson!?
I was hoping it would be the retooled Allicon one from the set.

Thanks,I thought maybe an Earthrise mold with the Netflix siege style paint job. I hope this rumour is false and something a touch more imaginative appears

It's Netflix. They haven't gone to the Earthmode bodies in that, so it's gonna be Siege molds all the way.

They did ER Optimus Prime, earth Soundwave and earth Bumblebee

Yeah, but not in the Spoiler box. Prime was the Siege one.

In the Spoiler set box?

No. When you said netflix hasn't been in earth modes thus the toys won't, you did specify "only spoiler sets." It's Netflix. They haven't gone to the Earthmode bodies in that, so it's gonna be Siege molds all the way. Then when I reminded you there are three earth mode toys, you changed (fair enough if you forgot to specify), but when I said Optimus was ER, you said he was from the seige mold. Yeah, but not in the Spoiler box. Prime was the Siege one. Optimus is in fact Earthrise. To date, Optimus has never been in the netflix line as anything but the ER mold. There are three earth mode toys (five adding the cassettes) in the Netflix line. There's no reason to believe this trend will or will not continue, even for the spoiler sets.

I thought it was implicite since the discussion was about a potential Spoiler set. *shrug*

It wasn't to me. But even so there's no reason to believe the third one would use a seige mold exclusively on the fact the other two did.

Sure there is. 'Spoiler' implies that it's connected to the plot. The show isn't going to be giving them new bodies at this point. So it's more likely that any Spoiler set will use a Cybertronian body type.
Spoiler 1: Magnus with darkening colours = Magnus dies Spoiler 2: Nemesis deco on Optimus = Optimus has a vision of a dark future where he is Nemesis.
