It is... Yet I'd have liked a little metallic sheen in it like Megatron. That would have made a very good finish fantastic.

To me he feels incomplete. I don't mean like hasbro needed to do more (maybe they did? But that's not what i mean), but more like the car is being restored and is unfinished. It feels like he's been coated in primer and is waiting until someone can afford the actual paint.

I can see both your points though I think metallic would not have worked for this: it's designed to be a dirty rough and ready through-the-wars paint job. I can just say for me that the paint job on it is jawdropping. If W*NC is notable for anything else it's this. Look at the paint on it and consider the crap quality stickers of POTP not that long ago. Hard to believe they were done by the same company.

Oh yes. The finish is definitely what this line seems to be about. Reflected by the fact the Deluxes are £20 instead of £17 for the same toys in the main line.

The price jump is still a bit cheeky though considering there aren't any new moulds in the line!
EDIT: Are the US retail prices for W*NC higher too or is it just Hasbro UK doing their usual?

For deluxes they're $20, while walmart charges $18 for regular Generations deluxes. Not much difference for a new thing like mirage or scrapface. But when you see the year old hounds or sideswipes or chromias sitting next to each the same ones now with splotches of black, it's not a great look for the netflix line.
The voyagers are $40, while regular generations voyagers are around $28. Been a while since I bought a non-movie voyager (studio and cyberverse have their own prices), that i don't remember exactly how much a standard voyager costs. I get they have two battlemasters, but those are just fancy accessories to me. I just can't justify them.

I can understand at that price jump. I would say Hotlink is worth it once it is on sale.
I can also understand how Netflix doesn't look great sitting next to the same moulds that have been shelf warming!

Been meaning to ask - what does W*NC stand for? I get its War & Netflix but can someone explain the rest of this one?

It's Walmart and Netflix. Walmart's logo has a * at the end. So Walmart* Netflix Collection. The toys are Walmart exclusives in the US.

On FB, Kapow has this to say about the Voyagers:
'Deluxe are here NAME REMOVED but Voyager now delayed until November due to Hasbro UK sending them all to Smyths which left a lot of retailers in the lurch, we're currently contacting everyone but its time consuming, apologies !'

RFC say Spoiler Magnus has been seen clearanced as low as $20 in the US already. No shock that trying to sell toys without letting buyers know what's in the box doesn't work. Bizzare idea.

The poster-style ads for the show have Bumblebee and Elita-1 on them. Do these hint at future Earthrise or W*NC figures, do we think? -Ralph Probably, since we know those two are coming!

Really? Someone trying to steal the Playdoh? -Ralph I don't think they wanted to spend any time watching the new show and thought peaking in the secret box would be a quick (and possibly better) alternative.
