Both are easy passes. Any difference between the Primals right now could easily be chalked up to photography. But even if they are different, the netflix just looks a tad darker?
Though I've yet to see Kingdom primal in stores. If it hadn't been for my Pulse preorder, I'd still not have him, so would probably feel differently about this set otherwise.
Except for the crack snout, Rattrap is a significant improvement! But not worth forty bucks different.
I'd go after the seeker if it were the ER mold. But not the siege one. The siege seeker is only marginally better than er arcee!

I can't tell the difference between Kingdom and Netflix Primals. I honestly they look the same to me.
The new Siegeker looks nice.

The robot feet are different colours. I'm struggling even when they're side by side.

Err... Right.
This really is turning out to be a cheap year for Generations.

The robot feet are different colours. I'm struggling even when they're side by side. The gorilla eyes are defined, and as you pointed out, the feet. All the paint masks are exactly the same. Everything about netflix looks darker, but as I said earlier, until we have the actual toys side by side, it's not possible to know if that isn't just differences in the actual photography.

I had no idea that Primal's gorilla face actually had painted pupils until I took a photo of him in the snow a month or so back, and noticed there. Seems like three decades in front of a monitor may finally be having some sort of an effect.
But yeah, these certainly don't look significantly different enough for me to care. If I'd seen them first I might have held out just for the coke snout, but I'm certainly not disappointed I didn't wait. I do wonder how well these are going to sell...

Err... Right. This really is turning out to be a cheap year for Generations. It is the year for He-Man. And Marvel Retro 3.75 figures. And Star Wars Mando figures. And more reissue Real Ghostbusters. -Ralph

Oh no it isn't. It's the year for going back in time and picking up toys from years gone by.

Well that as well, and for that there is Toy-Fu.
Not planning on much Generations this year other than Core Class.

I'm in for any G1 updates and quirky attractive exclusives like G2 Ramjet. But I have surprised myself by not feeling fomo on the BW figures. They are happily passing me by and the money there went on RiD 2001 figures instead.

My mania for Generations was last year. I want more variety in my toys this year in general.

I'm just in it for fun, odd stuff I think. Once Kingdom has finished it's 84/85 updates anyway. Not super fussed about BW, no real urge to buy older toys... that seems about right.

Netflix.... Am I right in thinking that Deep Cover and whatever Megatron is in the leader box with Chris Deluxe Paleotrex are the only things as yet unseen?

Was there a blue diaclone lambo?
If not, I really find this to be a very weird direction. Why release two Deep Covers? Why not put the proper black one in Netflix, then Clampdown as Gen Selects?
I mean, it's not like they have to ruin the figure with the "battle damage." (In fact, I thought we were pretty much past this)
