Brilliant news. Finally back to boxes that can be 100% flattened.
I say back to, but honestly not sure if even the 1992 boxes still had small plastic support bubbles.

Saw the pic a few days ago and didn't realise the implication, good news.

Monkey and Rat look fine to me, but yeah that blue isn’t doing much for me on kitten.

after the recent spate of selects and black series toys, and the impending house move, i am pausing on pre-ordering the kingdom toys, ill buy any selects or limited lines but im confident i cna pick up the main lines further down the track, same reason why ive only picked up select earthrise figures!

Rattrap's shoulders are a big oof What do you mean? Don't you have large pink feet on your shoulders?

When I was little I used to collect McDonalds styrofoam containers; I would order a different meal each time as I liked the different colours I was about to post a sarky comment, but then I remembered there was a time when I'd collect those boxes that Fruit Pastilles used to come in. I had hundreds of them. They weren't even different colours.

I got loads of play out of Metroplex's styrofoam back in the day. It became a base for smaller Transformers who would hide in the holes etc.

And the cardboard trays from bounties were great as little ramps.

I still fondly remember squeezing Smarties tubes to make the plastic lids ping at hapless victims.

Oooh yeah, Bounty trays. I'm sure I did likewise...
But yeah, great improvement for the Kingdom packaging there. Good to see that.
And the toys continue to look great - I'm still loving Primal's ape face. The only downside is that Rattrap doesn't look to be particularly poseable in beast mode. But then it is going to be a small toy, and the robot looks good for the size class, so I'll probably let it slide...

You can have your transformers do their own paleontological digs!

That is by the most frightening Transformer since Megabolt Megatron. I can't even look at it without scrolling past really quickly. Complete nightmare fuel factor 10.

From the point of view of a Transformer, Weaponisers should probably seem pretty grim, but the Fossilisers really highlight it for us organics!

OK..... As Paleotrex's parts picture confirms his head comes off on a stick and forms a mace, effectively an updated version of the Ultra Optimus Primal's ball & chain. That leaves us with a headless Dinosaur skeleton robot. Now what if we had a part starting in a 5mm peg, that rose up to about 5mm less than the height of the shaft of Paleotrex's mace, and was topped with a Titans Return head connector...... SHAPEWAYS PEOPLE: your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to give me the means to put a TR Titanmaster on that body!

More horrific with every clearer picture.
And the traces of red belie the idea they are "fossils".
Really think I'll be skipping these.

I love them more and more. I haven't been so excited for a group of transformers in such a long time!
I want more... MORE! I want a Stegosaur named Thagomizer! A Platybelodon named Scoop!
Oh god oh god oh god I want sea creatures! How utterly horrific would it be to be out on the ocean, and encountering a skeletal basilosaurus? Thatcs a certifiable eldrich horror, right there! A plesiosaur named Pad-LS!
