Actually I'd been giving this one some thought..... I reckon that's a cancelled Kingdom Battlemaster that's been repurposed into this 2 pack. Are there any more of them? Given how bad the wheelie is that comes with Studio Grimlock, I'm inclined to believe this is the Daniel minifigure that comes with the Slag that's supposed tobe coming. Battlemasters are generally much better than this thing, and it seems to be lacking any sort of weapon mode. But it does look a lot like Wheelie. |

Yeah, I can't see how this is a Battlemaster as it doesn't turn into a weapon. I am highly amused by how it transforms though.

According to rumors on TFW originating from the leakers who've been more right than wrong in recent years, "Buzzworthy Bumblebee" is a tiny subline of only three or four releases, dedicated to Bumblebee.
And this is the best one of them.

There are other adjacent humans that he's often associated with, like Buster and Verity. But as far as I can recall, only these are specifically associated with him.

I'd put Buster before Spike, because Bumblebee-Buster was the first Autobot-human contact in the comics, and Buster and his dad repaired and saved Bumblebee's life much as Charlie did in the film. Bumblebee taught Buster how to use the power of the Creation Matrix to control Jetfire. And Buster also later teamed up with Goldbug in 'Used Autobots'. Spike in the cartoon was Hound's pal in the pilot. It's true, he then switched to Bumblebee, right up to the animated movie, but in the end the Autobot he was closest to of all was Fortress Maximus. The more I think of it, the more I think there was something not quite right about cartoon Spike.
He had Porsches, Lamborghinis, Formula 1 race cars and things with sirens to choose from... and he chose to ride in the Beetle.

Martin I was going to list him, but while Buster was associated with Bumblebee, he never stayed specifically attached to him. Buster never really was attached to any specific Transformer. Martin I was thinking about this. I'd rather ride in Bumblebee than Sunstreaker. Sunstreaker is a borderline jerk. Most of the super cars have obnoxious personalities. Tracks is pretty nice but oh my god he would be exhausting to be around for long periods. Sunstreaker just wouldn't do it. He'd not take you to school. Bluestreak is cool, but he'd talk your ear off. Prowl would never let you run the siren. And he'd grill you the whole way about homework, rules and such. You don't need a hall monitor taking you to school! Wheeljack would be more than happy to take you! If he remembers to put down his project and show up. It would probably be physically tiring to ride in Smokescreen. So that leaves Jazz, Sideswipe, Cliffjumper, and Windcharger as the only other sportscars. Cliffjumper is gruff, but a nice enough person and largely easy to get along with. He'd probably be happy to come pick you up. Jazz would be my other choice from Bumblebee, personally. He's fun, he's kind. Heck, he'd probably become so engrossed with school that he'd hang out all day and watch. Sideswipe would probably talk you into skipping. That's about as much personality as he has. And i know nothing about Windcharger's personality. |

Okay so why would they pack Charlie with a redeco of Movie 1 Bumblebee, instead of putting her with Bumblebee Bumblebee?
Either way I'll have to get that because I wasn't able to get the set she came in originally.

Not everything Bumblebee will be part of it. |
