Morning All!
It's Monday - 2021 Week 3
Yesterday: Decent day, but stayed up a bit late doing a jigsaw puzzle Liz left out. It called to me. Was far too cold and sweating a bit by the end which was worrying, I think temp had dropped and I'd not noticed. Face hurting too, cheekbones and jaw both sides.
Today: L day off. J recorder. Me in charge.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Morning All!
It's Tuesday!
Yesterday: Long and tiring. My Car Robots Black Convoy Arrived as did an unexpeted box containing Christmas presents from Mum. Nothing major went wrong during the day but it ran me down and I had nothing left by the evening.
Today: J out at ARC group. L teaching. Me hosting the Gateway PM tonight. It would be J's ASD group tonight but we've opted to put that on hold till I'm jabbed or the situation eases.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus, especially J as he goes out to his group.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Morning All!
It's Wednesday.
Yesterday: Bit of a slog again. CMT struggling with weather, face pain bad, head slightly wobbly in places. But got off earlier.
Today: Pouring out there today so CMT is taking a pounding already. Face doesn't feel good either, wondering if the weather is feeding into that too. Guest speaker with video at the 8am Prayer Meeting. Need to write a tech plan for Alpha tomorrow. Case Files 36 should arrive - delayed from September by the chaos bug. J out at group this morning. Food ordering needs doing. Homegroup tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus, especially J as he goes out.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Morning All!
It's Thursday.
Yesterday: BUSY. Did not stop all morning! Prayer Meeting went OK, missed cue for fist Breakout room, ooops. Video worked, that's the important thing. Tech plan done for Alpha and sent to person leading who was happy with it. Rebellion comics downloaded, cbz's cracked open and reformatted in to compilations, loaded onto iPad. Actually mnaged to read both Tooth and Meg! Backup run, forgot in Decemeber. Interweb reset. Washing washed and drying. Epic Collection spreadsheet formula massively simplified, was a LOT of excess and duplication, that's the problem with Workbooks that grow organically! Article guessing Sept-Dec Epics nearly there. Dredd sheet updated just as Case Files 36 arrived - 37 and 38 are on there with guesses for the next few. Food ordered. Made it about an hour into homegroup before I retired to the bath.
On this particular Thursday: BUSY morning <screams> 8am Prayer Meeting 30mins 9am J music theory 10am L teaching 11am-Midday food collection..... I'm hosting - in a technical Zoom sense - the first evening of Gateway's Alpha tonight from 8 so prob need to sort bath before then to give the body a better chance of cooperating tonight!
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I make it through day and am physically up to doing tonight. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Today: MUCH quieter. Chip shop lunch.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I make it through day. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Tried to take a week of leave, to avoid being in a position of carrying pretty much a whole year's worth of leave over into my next leave year at the end of March. Was partially successful. Found myself working about 3 hours each day from home when supposed to be on leave. Cracked yesterday and went back into the office for human company. Final tally - knocked 5 days off my annual leave, but accumulated almost half a week's worth of flexi-hours credit. Still, it's progress. Full day back in the office today.

2020 Week 64th Feb: On Sunday the boiler/water heater in the kitchen started dripping water out the bottom. It's done it before in wet weather, about six months ago, we reckoned water was striking the outside of the house and getting in through a vent. So we didn't worry too much Sunday and just reached for the pots to catch the drips. On Monday we thought the drips were getting worse, especially when the heating was running. We confirmed this this morning when I got up before it came on and saw the change. So I book an engineer for Thursday, same firm that did our radiators two and a bit years back and warned us he boiler had not that long left. At 3pm the heating should have come on. Instead the power tripped out and I was woken by an alarm on my stair lift. Reset the power, turn the boiler on manually, power trips again. Oooops. Throw the isolator switch on the boiler, walk away! I suspect it may not be pining for the fjords and has joined the choir invisible.... which is inconvenient at the best of time but especially mid winter when you need to pay for some works to the house too! The immediate problem is the CMT needs heat and hot water for me to function. May have to decamp to London.... Boiler update: Dead. It's 30 years old and they don't do the parts anymore :-( They're sending us some quotes, probably be a week or so yet - I'll be staying in London till then. This comment caught my eye though.... Oh no! Which Hubber boiler will break next???!!! -Ralph

Morning All!
This is Saturday, Wear A Smile!
Yesterday: Quieter. Thank You Lord. Head still struggled with the hand cleanliness and washing a bit. My Firestick arrived so we spent some time setting that up. REALLY not keen on the current main menu, the older one my mother had was nicer.
Today: Bit tired, didn't get a lie in, body woke me before 7. Bit wobbly too, the mist outside won't be helping the CMT. Quiet morning I hope. Zoom with Mum. In the control chair for the TMUK Zoom tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.
