I was wondering more as a n00b to Pulse whether this was common behaviour for the site and if so what it implied. Customer services got back to me anyway and said they still expect to fulfil the orders, they've just been having supply problems. |

I see pulse have started a 20%/25% sale. Can't see much to write home about although it you're a pulse member, metroplex for £150 is closer to reasonable. Galaxy Shuttle sold out quick.

That all depends on whether or not Phil thinks he'll be able to get Metroplex cheaper at any point.
I'm mostly mad that Pulse US has all the Wave 6 Botbots available AND in the sale, whereas Hasbro UK... does not. Not happy about that.

So those cheeky monkeys at pulse have discounted their own membership to £24 for the last advent day. Hmm. Will I use more than £24 worth of postage in the next year?
Also, boo/phew the Megatron HISS wasn't in the sale. I can't decide if I'm pleased or annoyed.

As I have said many many times there is no need whatsover to pay for Pulse membership to get 'free' shipping'. You merely order any random pre-orders with what you actually want to get over the line for free shipping. The item you want ships with free postage. You then cancel the rest of the order. It can also work if the item you want is in stock. I have ordered such an item along with random pre-orders. Card is charged straight away for what is stock. I then instantly cancelled the rest of the order. Item shipped next day with free postage. I have done both many times. Works every time. Paying for Pulse membership is literally a waste of money. -Ralph |

This probably doesn't worry anyone else at all, but you know how sometimes small things get under your skin and make you want to scream? One of those for me is how Pulse interchangeably use 'Just Dropped' to refer to products coming into stock AND pre-orders. A product has NOT DROPPED if it's a sodding PRE-ORDER you #@<@?@>>!.
Current example: the four G2 deluxes are in stock now to ship, the other SDCC stuff they put up are all preorders. Apparently all of these things have 'just dropped' according to their website. Use JUST ADDED for pre-orders and JUST DROPPED for products you can now buy, then we all know where we are.
See, I told you it wouldn't worry you. I'll just scream silently.

Yes! I agree! I cannot stand it generally, but Pulse not even understanding what it's supposed to mean is bloody annoying.
It's like those vending machines you put 50p in and have to bang when the spiral trying to move your bag of Golden Wonder Cheese & Onion (green bag, GREEN bag Walkers you f*ckw*ts) to the front gets stuck. That's when your product drops because it has DROPPED INTO YOUR HANDS. A PRE-ORDER coming out next February has NOT DROPPED.
