Yeah. You'll be fine. The question is whether you can get it in before the mega bank holiday weekend.
Which reminds me, I need to order a wind raider.

I remember the Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles branded pizzas back in the day. There were ads for it in Marvel UK titles. Much was promised. The pizzas themselves were...not good.

I think we encountered those in the 30 Years thread.
It had been on my mind recently that I was mad about that first film when it came out in 1990. So I've been watching all three because I couldn't remember the other two. I don't think I'd seen the third one at all. The animatronics still stand up - felt like watching the Dark Crystal. Not sure they have really stood the test of time, but the first one is okay. It was a cheap BR triple pack anyway.

I do like the look of that throne. It looks good under Galvatron, and I think that Alpha Trion would look quite good lounging in it like some sort of Lord and King of the Beastformers.

I got my G1 Galvatron out to use as a guide for putting stickers on the Selects one. I know the Selects instruction sheet has a sticker placement guide (which is oddly wrong, there are stickers on the sheet that aren't on the instructions) but looking at pictures I think all of them is overkill, so I just wanted to add the ones that directly reflect stickers on the original.
The end result is pretty impressive. I know most here don't like stickers, but a sticker sheet really adds to the fun of buying a new Transformer for me. I really like this Galvatron. I was completely indifferent to the original release, but I really see now that I have the FT, Selects and original all together that it's the proper colour scheme that makes this work. It brings back the Target 2006 vibe, and the time Galvatron was a really exciting new leader. The all over purple Galvatron is not the same character to me.

So I got Legacy Galvatron for thirty bucks, and I think I may retract a bit of my earlier statement about wanting any recolor of the mold. In hand, the previous toy colors carry the mold a lot further than the non-accurate "show accurate" purple.
I'm glad I took the chance to wait for a sale. I'd be a lot more disappointed had I gone full price.

I'm all for Studio Series but as this doesn't have any toon style remoulding I don't think it'll beat the toy colours one.

Kingdom, Legacy, Selects toy version, Selects Behold!.
Having a 5th Galvatron out so soon really did need something different. I can't see this selling at full price. Stores still can't shift the previous 4 even on deep discounts.

I skipped Kingdom and got Toy colored. Then I loved the mold so much I got the improved-over-kingdom Legacy version (on sale). So I have both a clean cartoon deco and the better toy deco.

Toy colours and Behold were easily available and both went to deep discounts. That is how I got mine.

This does indeed strike me as a very silly decision, and just goes to highlight how splitting toys between Generations and Studio Series was a nonsense decision in the first place. I would say that I wasn't expecting them to do a whole new Galvatron anyway, but they did so for the SS'86 Ultra Magnus, so they could have done. Just another example of how little effort Hasbro are willing to put in these days whilst being confused that they're not making as much profit...
