Is it my imagination or does it seem like absolutely ages since we've seen a new comic from IDW?

I was thinking that myself actually. Have there been any delays announced?

Do they tend to announce their delays?

It's just that none of us are reading it.

Yeah, it would appear folk here have either given up or switched to trades.

I think when the 'regular' series isn't being published it feels like nothing is being published, in some ways.

RoS #2 must have slipped under my radar. Ach well. Well, Starscream is an F-22, so he is designed with a low Radar Cross Section so....... Karl

That must be it. Either that or melted cheese on the screen.

I don't get to the comic shop regularly, so I rarely know what's been released anyway. That's why I rarely post in the current comics section: I'm usually a good way behind in reading them.

The Space Pirates story has technically finished now but the comic still rolls on. Issue four of Space Pirates features the two-part Worlds Apart story and an issue five is also on the way. Any ideas what that issue will feature?

Maybe Dry Run/Altered Image to pave the way for Time Wars? Or Wrecking Havoc?

Pretty sure it's Wrecking Havoc.

Going by the ad up the back of #4, it's Wrecking Havoc.

It should be mentioned that Space Pirates is the first of Furman's future Marvel stories to be republished by IDW in the year it was set*. Optimus Prime is dead and Rodimus has repelled a hoard of killer robots from space. It can't get better than this**
* May not be true, but I couldn't think of any others ** Unlikely to be true

Maybe IDW will delay Time Wars until next year?

Maybe IDW will delay Time Wars until next year? I now have a mental image of a swirly time vortex thing with a sign hung on the front saying "Closed for renovations: Reopening 2009".... Karl

One extreme to the other, picked up 3 new TF comics from IDW yesterday. What's going on?
Spotlight Cyclonus - fairly good (comments elsewhere)
Spotlight Wheelie - much better than it has any right to be, best Spotlight since Kup, though it started to slip a little in the second half.
Movie Prequel Special - utter twaddle. What was the point of this comic? Was it a desperate attempt to use up some leftover Figueroa art? Or does it all tie into the Reign Of Starscream sequel that no-one's reading?
