If you drive a car, I'll tax the street If you try to sit, I'll tax your seat If you get too cold, I'll tax the heat If you take a walk,
I'll tax your feet

Morning All!
This is Saturday, Watch and Smile
Yesterday: Mixed. Better physically, two trips out in chair. Struggled a little with the head, could have done some stuff better.
Today: Awake slightly early cos I thought I could hear banging on door at 5:30am! Cuppa, steam head and yogurt then back to bed! L due home. Zooming Mum. Chinese for dinner. TMUK Zoom tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Tax OK following the P45 difficulty? I have no idea. -Ralph Have a look at your payslip. Divide your take home amount by the amount pre tax and NI. Tell me the number, which will be between 0 & 1 - mine is 0.76 which says I lost about 1/4 of my pay in deductions for tax and NI which is roughly what it should be. VERY ROUGHLY Also worth looking at your tax code: 1257 W1, 1257 M1 & 1257 X are the ones to look out for. My suspicion is you should be ballpark ok because your last job finished in the previous tax year

We can't access our payslips as the system is down for a couple of weeks.

VERY ROUGHLY I've seen magic tricks like this before, don't believe him Ralph. He probably knew the number you first thought of already.

Morning All!
It's Sunday - Praise the Lord
Yesterday: Not so great. Woken 5:30 by what I thought was someone banging on the door. Ended up getting up at 6, back to bed at 8 and dozed till c10:30. Was just about up & going when Liz came in at Midday. Got off to bed nice & early in afternoon but struggled to get off and if I did get any sleep I was woken very quickly by a delivery to the new number 1. Got through afternoon and evening OK but head blew up with a massive headache c9pm and didn't get back for the latter half of he TMUK call post bath by which time my body had joined in the fun too. So yeah. One of those days not the restful Saturday I was looking for :-(
Today: Awake 5:45. Muscles and face not great, moving badly. Church this morning. Got an invite out to lunch I'd like to make but I know in my heart of hearts I'm unlikely to be able to do physically.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Running shoes acquired. Taking up jogging again as:
A: lockdown gut. B: now doing a sedentary job at home as well as part-time study at home. C: need to get fitter. D: need to improve mental health.
Taking it slow and easy at first.
Making a few lifestyle changes with diet, also. Hopefully by Spring I will be in better shape.

Dreadful day physically. Awake early again, church was a struggle and had to come away early. Didn't get to lunch out. Slept 2 and a bit hours and still feel rubbish.
Hoping for a better night tonight, off promptly and sleep through to alarm, and a better day tomorrow.
