Haven't TF'd it yet.
Came in vehicle mode. I looked at the box and thought "Oh Dear, the trailer can't be that big" and then popped the box open and discovered the trailer isn't event the length of the box!
Worse still, the cab is slightly longer than the trailer! Cab feels far too long with the full length of the legs stretched out behind it.
Hadn't twigged that the odd dual cannon was stored on the trailer roof as part of the moulded details.

FFS. So Slammer is required to make the base not shit??? The base without Slammer is very shit, got mine yesterday. Robot is mostly very good though! I'm liking the base. It's firing my imagination to think what bits would connect onto it. Tower is removable, recessed 5mm peg hole. At full height it looks like a radar dish, with the tanker front on top, folded over you get the gun on the top by default but that's removable and can be replaced with whatever you like with a 5mm peg. My only real annoyance is there isn't an Earthrise ramp connector in sight! I'm sure Airwave can help me fix that though |

Well, I'm glad I waited for this to show up on clearance - and I know I'm late to the party here - because this is not a good toy. I've not had a chance to open the trailer up yet, but the robot is... lazy. That's the only word I have for it. With the waist and legs being a near complete re-use of the Earthrise legs this just feels like a toy I've already got. And they just don't go with his torso, somehow. The transf- conversion is a little more fiddly than you'd expect, which isn't necessarily bad, but it's not particularly satisfying either. I was going to complain about the lack of light piping, because without it his face is very dark and shadowed thanks to his massive shoulder pads, but I see from the above post that he does indeed have light piping. It's just not very good. So my complaint still stands. Kind of.
Yeah. Unimpressed, really. If I'd experienced this in hand I don't even know if I would've picked it for the twenty quid I got if for...

His problem is his arms and shoulders.
There is zero reason for the way they're all designed.
The arms very easily could have collapsed a bit and folded up into the shoulder/truck nose. Which itself could easily have been articulated similarly to the original.
And there's enough room in the shoulders they still could have had the flip open missile panels.
