Big relapse with my underlying health condition. It's been a while. Lots of pain today. -Ralph Still very sore. Sitting down is painful, making work a struggle. -Ralph But because I have a good employer, I phoned my manager and they agreed changes to my schedule today so I could manage it. A previous employer gaslighted my physical health issue and I was made to walk around with a cushion in a bag, which was utterly humiliating. A mental health issue was later weaponised against me. I really like my current employer. They follow the Disability Discrimination Act and want to support their employees. -Ralph |

Morning All!
It's FRIDAY
Yesterday: Day was OK, deliveries arrived, Epic announcement was fun, Couple of surprises. Evening a struggle, both head an body not OK.
Awake till 2. Feel rubbish this morning.
Today: Quiet I hope. Blog spellchecking. Disco and 1984 videos tongight
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Morning All!
It's SATURDAY
Yesterday: A struggle first thing and during the morning. Went out in wheelchair in the sun with Liz and got some fresh air. Slightly better post sleep but still not right.
Awake till way gone 2. Quite active during the night judging by the ammount of duvet on the floor and how much I ache today. Still slept till which is something.
Today: L & J haircuts this morning, J jobs and lunch at Grandmas, L and I out to lunch. Talking to Mum this afternoon, TMUK Zoom tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I feel better and sleep OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

First Friday night out for dinner since before Covid last night. Doubly exciting as I put myself into lockdown late November when Omicron hit. Restaurant was deserted when it got there and then...it was full to the rafters! Not been in such a busy (and noisy) space for over two years. It was fine for a while until we went: "No, this getting a bit much" and scarpered. This was where we went. Went to an outdoor light show thingy in Oldham, but being around so many people made my head snap. Don't know why. It was outside and perfectly safe and I had been excited at having somewhere to go on a Saturday night after 23 months of Covid restrictions.
Couldn't get home quick enough.
