Love the way Skeletor is about to attack Prince Adam but then changes his mind and runs away in disgust when he unexpectedly strips off.

His parents would clearly never recognise their scrawny weakling son in his more muscular super-form disguise.

Wun-Dar and mini-comic Tri-Klops will be in this week's poll.

One more day to decide whether the Sky Sled beats Dupli-Cat.
Tomorrow we do the three exclusive basic figures with ordinary MotU card backing - all of which are a mystery to me. Folk will have to explain to me who they are and why they matter.

Tri-Klops is in his mini-comic colours, so he's part of the set of repaints that mimic those early books. Kol-dar is a cartoon character. Wun-Dar is far more interesting than I realised - his history as a figure here: he-man.fandom.com/wiki/Wun-Daris worth reading. Turns out he originated as a robot points type mail away offer in 1981 and was then given a character during the classics line when he was released there as a previous He-Man, mixing him with the savage one from the original mini comic. I think had I known he's actually based on an original series figure I'd have paid more attention to getting one. I just assumed he was another cartoon job.

"Tri-Klops figure comes with his signature rotating visor with three different types of vision, his sword, a Glow-in-the-Dark Warrior Ring (just like his first figure)."
As far as I can tell Tri-Klops has gimmicks, while the other two are just generic guys, so I'll vote for him.

The Tri-Klops colours are a bit garish compared to the original, and Kol-Darr seems to be a cartoon character who appeared only in one episode, so neither of those really appeal. Wun-Dar is at least a unique character and his history as a toy is interesting, to the point it has me sniffing around fifty quid eBay auctions, so I'll vote for him.

I am still not sure oh who to vote for this week.
I did finally open my mini Comic Tri-Klops yesterday he is nice and colourful and comes with a unique moulded armour piece. Lots of paint on him and even the sword handle and blade are two different colours, but while I am sure I had Tri-Klops as a kid, I have zero memory of every reading the mini comic. Also instead of a new very short mini comic, this figure comes with a reprint of the original vintage one. Plus he does come with a Warrior Ring that just seems to be a reuse of the MOTU Classics one. He was a fan pool winner.
I don't have a Kol-Dar yet, but I do have one lined up. While I have seen the one episode in which he appears, I remember nothing about the character. He does look bland but at least his head and armour are all brand new moulding.
Wun-Dar is the only one of these three figures where everything is mould reuse. Not a new piece of tooling on him, which makes it even more strange that they produced so few when they already have all the tooling for him. The Wonder Bread myth has been debunked, now he is a confirmed mail away figure that parents complained was just a cheap repaint of He-Man with random repainted weapons from the Catsle Grayskull set and originally no armour.
So all three are interesting in their own way, but don't have any of that childhood connection. It is a shame they are so hard to get for a reasonable price.

The Terror of Tri Klops comic is the one I have no memory of ever seeing in the UK. We had the Menace of Trap Jaw & Power of Point Dredd, neither of which I saw that often, and I saw the Tale of Teela ONCE but it was in with a figure we already had. He-Man meets Ram-Man, The Ordeal of Man-E-Faces and The Magic Steeler were as common as anything www.mikesamazingworld.com/mikes/features/series.php?page=gallery&seriesid=3065A quick flick through the MOTU figure book, which lists the comics with each figure, seems to back my memory up

I went for Tri-Klops in the end due to how colourful he is and having new unique armour, as opposed to Wun-Dar just being a complete repaint.

Tri-Klops for me, too. Mostly for the ring, which I remember fondly. Even though I had no idea why only this figure came with it...
