But then Ralph noticed the back of the framed £70 framed print is badly damaged torn, gouged and ripped and sent off a complaint (with pictures).
It might be on the back but part of the cost is for the frame and it ain't cheap!

Sent some pictures of the damage. It was well wrapped so clearly left the warehouse in that state. Asked for a replacement. Rather taken the shine off things. That cured me of stamp mania! -Ralph

My booklet thing arrived today but not the other bits so I checked my order status on the website - there's a 'shipments' tab that shows you how stuff is being sent, so I know the booklet was sent separately to the other items. If you're still missing bits of an order, Ralph, you can probably see from that what's been sent in how many packages.

Finally got a reply. They can give me £15 to reframe it (I said no as it would cost more and is an inconvenience) or I can return for a replacement. Er, no. I don't have the packaging and I'm not paying for postage and a box.
Asked (again) for a replacement.
Very pissed off. What a hassle, but it's not like I can get the item anywhere else!

As the frame is damaged they are liable for paying the return postage because the good received is not as described. Ask them for a return label?

Though I did get an email. They are refusing to issue a replacement. The item was sent pre-vandalised, essentially. It wasn't damaged in transit. I have sent pictures as requested and this has been ongoing for 9 days.
Fuck it. Paypal dispute time.
Certainly never buying special stamp items from RM Online ever again. Customer service is too stressful to deal with.
