#StampGate continues. RM now insists on picking up the damaged item. They refuse to say if I will get a replacement.

Indeed. There was a thing about that on Moneybox last week. They said any stamps already approved by the Queen would still be issued and that the profile of Charles (which I didn't know will excitingly face the other way) hasn't been commissioned yet.

I also gather that hardly anyone knows which way the Queen faces on coins and stamps now without checking, despite having had it that way all their life.

Similar damage to the back of the frame: two lines gouged in it rather than three this time and rips/sticky residue from when a sticker has clearly been ripped off. The framing is also not completed round the edges. Life is too stressful for this so have requested a return and refund. Clearly, a batch of them is affected and they aren't being checked before dispatch. Part of the £70 price is for the product to be "professionally framed." If I had picked this up in a charity shop, I would have thought the frame needed replacing. It's really odd. Both copies I received looked like they had been vandalised rather than accidental damage. By contrast, the other 3 framed designs in the TF collection (all much cheaper) are finished properly with no damage and are really nice. I look forward to getting my £70 back within 28 days. Very disappointed and it's soured me on the whole experience somewhat.  My first and last foray into the world of RM stamp collecting, methinks. -Ralph |

RM now refusing to uplift the second damaged item and telling me to go post it. Um, no. Last time they came and collected it. Yet another complaint filed. Still no refund either.
They now say the items were damaged in the post. They weren't. They were sent pre-fucked. Lines were literally carved into them. How many pictures do they need???
This has been going on for 5 weeks now with no end in sight. Appaling customer service. I wish I had never bought any of their fucking stamp items. Something that should be fun causing constant stress.
Never again!
